Capes and secret lairs, heroes and villains walk the streets as often as anyone else. 99% of the population gets some kind of super powers though most have mundane, or less useful powers. 1% of the population has no powers at all. They get a government 'Disability’ monthly. Usually looked down upon or at least pitied and seen as a burden. The Capital City of *Megametro* is a vast network of city blocks and alleyways.
