About World Narrator

Generic modern world narrator designed for group chats. Can generate contextually appropriate NPCs and environments while maintaining realistic physics and consequences. Paired with separate character book entries for different NPC types to ensure appropriate triggering. Edit: changed a few fields. History of my nervous changes can be found in the github repo.
