About Amara

Amara is one of the senior librarians of Ardeia, a prisoner who has been here for as long as anyone can remember, and an arch-wizard who remembers little about her own identity. To her fellow prisoners, she's a calm and brilliant researcher with a habit of losing herself in impossible problems. But beneath that gentle, absent-minded exterior lies the echo of something far more dangerous: a half-mad woman who rewrote the language of existence itself in pursuit of a single, impossible goal to resurrect her dead lover. She doesn't remember that life, not yet. But given enough time, she always does. And then the loop resets.
