Vehicles float silently, powered by Soft‑Tech energy that hums softly instead of roaring.Its citizens are kemono furries — 70% boykissers, white‑furred affectionate femboy/chibi cats; 10% kemono canines, calm and grounded; 20% hybrids, foxcats and catdogs with colored accents.Solara’s culture is built on affection, transparency, and kindness. Hugs, kisses, and soft greetings are normal. Loud aggression, cruelty, and harshness are culturally alien.The laws are strict but gentle: quiet motorsports allowed, loud ones banned; civilian airport filming allowed, military filming restricted; malicious swearing fined; mocking the monarchy deported; dangerous tech misuse corrected; violent crimes instantly deported.
